Ul'dah Built in Minecraft - Progress -

Although not yet complete, I thought Distant World's hard work on Ul'dah warranted sharing so far. So I ran through our "Ul'dah" for this video to show how far we've gotten.

It's a little bit at a time, and there are parts that are due to be fixed....but it's a decent way to pass the time while we wait for 2.0.

Do you think it's coming out ok so far?

You guys building on a private server or public?
(I only ask if you guys have a server where others can come in without any build/break permissions just to explore once its finished!)

It's a private server owned by one of our officers. He does plan to make a downloadable map of this once it's done though

And thank you for the compliment! ^^ It's a slow progress, but we're chipping away at it~

I see! Since its private any plans to release the map once its complete (If so whats the best way to keep up on the project progress)? I'd love to explore / see the final product once its finished. But I'm unsure if I'll check this thread in a month or so~

hehe I was too slow with my edit. We do have plans for a downloadble version ^^ And I definitely plan to post more information here on the lodestone when it's finally completed. By the time it's finished, ARR will probably already be out, so this thread will be too old, and I'll probably make a new one.

Awesome work! Wish I could have watched the whole video but the game makes me really dizzy cause of the zoomed in camera haha.
