Under the new fee structure, the basic service fee and the character fee will be consolidated. In the case of a 30-day billing cycle, players will be able to choose from the two payment options below,

Entry Plan – $12.99 USD/£7.69/10.99 €: One character per World

p/s : I know u ask specificly for Phase 3 and such. So it may be in Phase 3 or maybe will only be available during Launch.

There will be new servers for "new characters" only.
Meaning that both 1.0 players and new players can create new characters on the new server.
What Old Players or 1.0 Players can't do is that they cannot transfer to a new servers.

So technically both old and new are open to make "new characters" in any servers.

Keyword : New Character, Old Characters, Transfer Limitation for Old Characters.

I dropped the Voice Client one, didnt see that before. Just seems like its gonna get messy with ps3 and pc trying to communicate together.

where'd you read/hear that user created add-ons were possibly coming 6 months after launch? i remember them mentioning flash but it would be nice if they went into more detail about it than just "oh it uses flash".

hmm i remember Yoshi stated this somewhere, although is not rock solid info, he did mention "maybe" after 6 months from launch it'll be implemented... i'll dig for the info later.. ^^b
