Eorzean Holidays?

Hello Lore Forum!~

Actually this has been bothering me for awhile, but we all know the XIV holidays were based off of real world holidays. But then we had holidays that only appeared that year and didn't show up again.

So my question is: Are there actually holidays that Eorzea celebrates? What are they, what are they about, the dates they are celebrated?

Going even further do they have observation days for the Twelve? Like a certain day out of the month that they celebrate one of the God? What would they be like?

The roleplayer/lore nut in me needs to know! I'm so curious.
