My interpretation is that it's fairly open ended, with a bit of a trend towards including those unpronounced aitches as a hallmark of cat hissing. Basically, the only thing that maybe seems to distinguish them from the males is the inclusion of another syllable or two so that they're slightly longer.
Na'haarha Khetas, daughter of Na'khetas Nuhn.
if you wanted to keep your name the same you could make it N'Ahaara Khetas but by doing it that way your kitty's real name would be Ahaara Khetas amongst close friends and relatives. The Pronunciation of your name would stay the same as the N sound stays an N sound. Your fathers name would also be N'Khetas Nunh in case you really wanted to delve into that. Biggest decision you'd have to make is do you wanna go by your lore name or leave it how it is and pretend your kitty uses it that way to make it easier on other races.
Almost forgot..... you can also add another seperate letter to the front of Nahaara to give it a a different pronunciation. Your name would stay Nahaara to close friends and family but in public your name would be identified as ex. V'Nahaara (Vah-Na-Har-Ah) hope I didnt butcher the way you pronounce your name for you
