We need more in-game racial jokes like that, aside from the out-of-game joke that Elezen/Elvaans are giraffes and such.

Yes, I, too, am curious about racial slurs within the lore. I want to be able to insult others properly.

I once remarked that Ul'dah was plagued with more diseased cats than Israel (my friend had told me about their stray cat problem after her visit), but I don't think a real-world reference would work too well in the lore.
