Is there by any chance we might get to see a hint of the new design by chance or do we have to wait till ARR launches for us to see it?

nope, i do not think it will, probably when phase 4 comes.
Probably have to wait but I'm enjoying the small changes they keep making. The sparkles over the GC banner always makes me goof around for a bit. *Mouse moves over it mouse moves away* Sparkles <3 There is some other stuff too I'm sure but that is the most noteworthy one personally.
