Is there onion knight armor in ff14?

I know there is the onion cap for CE but is the other pieces of armor available in the game?

I think I saw a concept art... but not sure where...

I do remember hearing that the rest of the Onion gear was indeed available as levequest rewards, but that was not long after launch of 1.0 and I've never heard anything more on the subject (searching equipment lists online has also drawn a blank), so it's likely it's been removed in a patch sadly.

May I be proven wrong though! ;)

I think he said this was a gear set from the Crystal Tower. Don't quote me-either way it is planned for ARR. I think it looks awesome!

I could imagine that they would bring out the gear set again... but the helmet... it is only from CE... will they have two onion helmets then?

There is already a full onion set I think (plus there was the red onion helmet from the dungeons), so yes there will be another. This one might actually have usable stats ;)
