FF13 Ps3 FF14 beta code.. (Doing what I was told)

I apologize if there is certain area for this or if it's not prohibited at all but as stated in the subject, I'm doing what I was told to do when I contacted Customer Support via phone.

I registered my PS3 FF14 beta code that came with FF13 to my account I made for open beta of FF14 1.0. When I came back to FF14 a year ago I forgot about my open beta account and created a second account. The lady I spoke with told me, the only way this can be solved was to make a post in both the beta forums and the regular forums. So if this can be addressed please let me know.

Thanks but I've tried that a month or so ago and the site dosnt let me log in or create a new account.
