Random bonus events

Hello, as i was thinking back on how fishing in ffxi (when the game launched) was really awesome. how all of windy waters and sandy waters were packed with people next to each other fishing and chatting away. cooks selling there baits. rabao and other fishing zones as well just as packed. i was wondering how to bring that back to ffxiv.

I'm thinking this could work for any class, gathering, crafting, fishing even fighting classes. where every so often for a week one of these classes will get a bonus event for the week. that way just like seasonal events, it will bring everyone together in the sense everyone will be out and about that week to get the bonus. thus if fishing was the bonus that special week or weekend then every fisher would be out that week having fun with each other fishing for the extra bonus's. weather that be exp or other fun ways to give bonus to rank 50's.

i get we really don't need this but it still is a way to funnel the same type of classes to areas at the same time and that in itself can be great for the community. they can do this for all classes maybe in the same manner ffxi had that one club/building in jueno where you can't get in unless that week is your race and then they let you in. something like that even maybe, so every week it keeps changing threw classes.

all i know is i really loved fishing when it was packed with players, the boat was always fun cause people were always around and once in while the danger of lol sea horror would come. with people to talk to around you, i get we have hubs/linkshells or whatever but that ain't the same as 20+ people all fishing together.
