It appears eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/benchmark/, which is the default place EU persons will be directed to, is returning a 403 Forbidden error.
The na version works fine, of course.
If you can resolve it, it would probably assist many. Cheers.

Same problem persists with the 'updated' benchmark that was posted a short time ago.
