Certain events will be voiced, not all events.

Yeah I imagined it for all cut scene dialogue... or at least the important cut scene dialogues...

Ugh! opened this thinking something cool was spotted, but it's just someone who caught up on really old information.

Some already were voiced, but yeah I think they mentioned there would be quite a few voiced ones now.
