my benchmark wont even load the screen it stays black and all i hear is the sound and the loading screens display fine i have all my drivers up to date and everything please help want to fix this! ; ;

It's because it's running in windowed mode instead of properly fullscreening it. The real problem here is that nowhere in the settings did I see an option for changing to fullscreen or at very least a borderless windowed mode. Why it was left out of the benchmark, I don't know, but we at least know the actual game client hasn't passed over such a crucial detail.

My issue was i had my DPI set to 150% lol
Problem solved for me /bonkself

Getting the same error as Xenor, hopefully someone knows what the cause might be. :/

What are your system specs NoelNoel?
I'm running Running Windows 7 64bit with i5 3570k, 16gb RAM, Radeon 5830 GPU.
Tried updating my drivers, moving the benchmark to C: root, running as admin, lower settings etc. but no luck.

I'm rather clueless with all that stuff, but, here: Windows 7 64bits, i5 650, 6gb RAM and Radeon HD 6800.
Hope that can help!

Fixed! Just a Direct X update...

I was just coming here to post the same Noel!
So anyone else who encounters this, the solution is to download and install this DirectX update:
