I put in a ticket as well didn't get a get a confirmation that I put in a ticket either, might be my email Comcast may be blocking SE.
Yea 2 days sounds exactly right, I doubt they remember me but I've ran a few for pointless questions that I didnt see being responded to by reps lol. Sometimes they've got the answer too :D
Wish I remember his name but there is also a really nice guy in the chat system :D
well its not 9am Jp time yet, and EU time its nearly midnight so those customer service people wont be working...I dont why people are panicking... They could be sending emails out in batches via email providers, so for eg aol go first,followed by comcast, followed by google, then hotmail and so on.. people were receiving emails this time last night...yet i know of others who have recevied emails through the day. Unless youve made a genuine mistake registering your beta key and genuinely need to contact them why inundate customer support with "omfg wheres my beta email?" chances are theyll look at these and just hit delete. Patience peeps, if your legacy your definately in!!!
My question is a little bit different than that, and I think I made that clear in my ticket so hopefully they won't delete it...
