When I log into my SE account and select FFXIV from my list of services it says:
Code registration currently unavailable
Is this just me? Am I missing something here? Is this the current method to register our beta keys?
My account is active and my payment information is updated. I'm also a legacy member.
Select "Option List" on the page where you see the "Code registration currently unavailable"... there you will find all FFXIV related registrations... But, you don't need to activate anything, it will just show you the FFXIV registrations you did.

I chose the options list but it does not give any options to register the beta keys.
It says: All option services are currently unavailable.
I did notice that the "Options Cancelled/To be Cancelled" is set to Mar. 31, 2013 under the end date. Does that have anything to do with it?
Follow the instructions in your email. Beta registration isn't done via SE account management

In my defense, I forgot my password and had to do the whole reset password process. Then logged in directly to the SE account to where I thought I left off :X
