Not sure if everyone knows or not ( NDA Lifted changed to Phase 3)

I was discussing this briefly and I was unaware that the NDA has been Changed from Open Beta to Phase 3. So if you plan to Record to show the whole world FFXIV ARR, the time to wait has been decreased!

I thought it always was going to be Phase 3 when it was lifted? Unless I read the original Beta Schedule wrong.

Nope they changed it, in this video here, it shows P3 was still under NDA.

I recall the PDF what showed up right after Nico Event did show the NDA was in place for phase 3. It could have been a copy and paste mistake during translation and corrected shortly after. There was some confusion on another thread where people thought the NDA was in place for phase 3.

Sadly, I was unable to detect the PDF's modified/created date.

I used Foxit Reader. File -> Properties.
