Maps in quests?

Will it be able to go in Journal in ARR and click map and se what NPC to talk to ???

(If the videos are any clue) yes. The quest itself or the quest location can instantly be brought up at any time through the trackers. It has reached generation-standards. The same can be said for leves (as according to the leve video...).
