Any one else get charged CLICKANDBUY December?

Pretty much what the title says. Any one else get charged CLICKANDBUY December? For the month we didnt play? Is it suppose to be like this? What are we suppose to do for this?

It went free to play after 9/30/12. So you shouldn't be charged. $18.95? wow... I dumped ClickandBuy a long time ago. Clickandbuy is a rip off. They charge you other fees then what you subscribed to. Everyone should dump that company and pay by credit card/debit card if you can, or use the other methods.

I would call your bank and maybe clickandbuy.

Chargeback C+B, that shit is a scam. Switch to using Crysta or direct payment from now on.

I can't believe you had to pay 18.95 unless you had 5 characters active...

Whats sad is when you issue a charge back from your CC company, ClicknSteal will probably ban your CC.

i use direct payment i think you should talk to them and use other way of paying once the game goes live. I hear SE would be releasing time cards so i would use that or something else. I'm so happy i never use clickandbuy they seem to do this type of stuff all the time.

They already have game cards. Its those Ultimate gamer cards that can be bought at like Bestbuy, Gamestop, Target 7/11 ect.

in a interview they said about maybe releasing there own time card not link to ultimate gamer like wow and other game have.

I stopped using that crappy service as soon as S-E offered direct pay with a credit card. The first time I used ClickandBuy they messed up my payment and S-E suspended my account, talked to S-E support and they said they did not receive any payment and that I should take it up with C&B. When I did they charged me the same amount again so I payed double the fee for the same amount of time, I never got that money back.

Stay as far away from that company as possible.
