WHY
THERE IS ALREADY A THREAD FOR THIS FROM THE OFFICIAL DEV. WHAT IS WITH THE DUPLICATE POSTS

Thanks for the video. hmmmmm. quite interesting. I'm so used to the old ways that i can feel myself not wanting the change but im sure i could get used to this eventually too. Although a couple of things that came to mind when watching this were:
For Dol,
How would you differentiate between grade spots?. THe ability was to locate nearest gather spot nd locate nearest spot of highest grade. what if ur a lvl 50 and looking for a grade 4.
For Doh,
I;m simply heartbroken at seeing the huge change but i suppose it's for the best. I did notice that it looked like the player had his own recipes to choose from. Wondering if this means we would be able to look up recipes in game and not have to outsource constantly from mooglebox nd the like. Also wondering if all those recipes might just have been the awarded recipes from leves.
I'm 100% positive that node levels will be broken down by area level. The stuff in the video was level 5~10 in the Black Shroud, which has level 5 monsters running around, as seen in the video. If you want to get, say, level 40 nodes, you'll go to the level 40~ zone. 1.0 had this, I don't see why it would drastically change in A Realm Reborn.
There is a translation about this in the japanese>english translation thread.
Recipes can be learn through level up, leves and quests.
