I know I'm not the only one missing all my friends on Final Fantasy XIV. I had no idea just how much. I knew I would, but not as much as I do now.



Thank you, S.E, for the decision to bring all our servers back up and running. S.E went out of their way, and it shows just how much they care about their players. To be completely honest, when the question was asked if I would play if the servers were brought back online, I didn't think I would. No save, why play?

But I don't care about that anymore. I just want to see everyone and play the end of FFXIV 1.0 with all the friends I've made.

If you're not planning on playing, cool. They just might bring them back down, but no need to be a negative Nancy about people still having fun in 1.0

Already played the end of FFXIV 1.0

I'm fully expecting the "less than 30% login rate" and them shutting down the servers again.

Maybe. I'll still have fun, though.

I give it a week before they shut servers down again.

I dunno, I'll be trying to complete the storyline until then.

Go outside bud; Life > FFXIV and these 'friends' that you've met. Enjoy this downtime before 2.0.

My recommendation? Get 2.0 out sooner than April 2013 and let go of 1.0.

Ya, actually enjoy it while I'm not working or doing work for my last year of school. I think they did it for people who actually did enjoy it, even if the game as a whole didn't work out. Yeah, 2.0 won't be out for a while I don't think.

It would be nice to finish the story then log off for good til 2.0
