Potential web forum access problem next month (December)

With the closure of XIV I foresee a potential problem the middle of December with posters here locked out.

If I'm not mistaken, if you hadn't logged into the game in the last 30 days you couldn't log in to the forums to be able to post.

Apart from those players who choose to carry on when the servers re-open next week, as Yoshi is trying to sort out, all others will no longer be logging into the game, and thus won't be able to log into these forums.

Hopefully the forum management have realised this and taken care of it, but if not perhaps they'd like to do so, otherwise the majority of those posting here will cease being able to do so in around 4 weeks time.

That's actually a pretty good point, but I'm sure the forum managers have taken this into account.

Locked out? Sounds like a good thing.
