Do we need to keep our FFXIV client for the benchmarks?

Hi,

I had heard a rumor that the benchmark will take animations from the FFXIV 1.0 client even though to me that seems unlikely, so I was just looking for quick clarification as to whether or not we can delete FFXIV from our computers without repercussion if we don't intend on playing with post 11-1 version.

You can delete/uninstall the entire XIV directory if you want, but if you wanna use your character for the benchmark, make sure you back up your character data first.

I think I'm gonna keep the whole client installed for now until they begin open beta, just in case I want to play between then and when the servers come back up.
