Well...he appeared to be absorbed into Dalamud when he was defeated. Dun dun dunnnnnnn?
He appears if you hax the time to just before it ends.
I seems to show up for me every so often. Not sure what triggers him to show up there. Maybe random.
I can't even get the count down timer to show :(
