FFXIV ARR Alpha/Beta Test Application Error

Does anybody know why this is happening? or what I can do to enable my application?

I have an EU account and I signed up at the NA URL (http://entry.ffxiv.com/alpha/index_na.html) and it went through OK. Probably doesn't help much.

I also have an EU account (Paris, France) but that link wont allow me to sign up. I don't know if it'sa firefox setting (set to english, my mother tongue) or otherwise but I would like to figure this one out.
