Angry elementals?

Hello!

I ran into this today and I was just wondering if it was new. I had never seen it before.. I thought it was kinda neat!
Are they supposed to be elementals or something? :confused:

Been there since the game was released. Some assume they are the "hedge" ward trees. Others assume they are the namesake for the camp "Treespeak".

It was at Hawthorne Hut, near the teleport to Camp Nine Ivies

Cool! I did not know that. Thanks for clearing that up ^.^

This thread pops up like every 3 weeks. I think it's just some vestige from Tanaka's XIV, and was never fully utilized.
