Fishing Stats Cap

I know that the cap for output is 115
but what about gathering and perception for fisher?

Unlike Output, those are less concrete and much harder to determine. I doubt anyone has a solid answer for you. Most people just stack Perception and throw Gathering to the wind, because at 50, Gathering doesn't seem to do much for you.
