New haste ability + Hermes shoes

Since they're implementing a 'dash' or 'flee' or whatever its called ability, I'm assuming that the other quick-run abilities are going out the window. That's okay I guess, but are there any plans to make Hermes' shoes NOT totally useless? Will Hermes' shoe's added speed stack onto the new ability?

Or perhaps Hermes' shoes could be altered to provide a lesser, but non-stop speed boost?

I can see it now, Skadi's jambeaux + Flee all over again. Only slightly Faster than chocobo :)

I know there is DoL speed abilities already but idk what your talking about.

Plus Herme's shoes are already useless. They became useless when chocobo's came out.

They are useless for raids, field travel, battle.. only use really is inside the city. Still its pretty useless.

I'ved used them a few times during Darkhold to keep up with everyone, lol. I could see them having potential use in other dungeons and such also.

So i tested the atomos speed boost versus the monk fists of wind (enhanced with AF boots)

Monk ability is slightly slower, and if you have both active at the same time, it defaults to the slower of the two, ignoring the atomos buff still active.

On one of the live interviews, they showed an option to make your character run fast. It drains your TP, and you can reuse the ability once you regain your TP back again.
