New player looking for help, guidance, and maybe a LS.

Hello! I just started a couple days ago, playing on Wutai with an Elezen Lancer as my main (and have so far dabbled in Pugilist, for Second Wind, and Miner). I'm not really too sure what I'm doing, though. I've just kind of been running around, doing leves, killing monsters, etc. I don't even really know how to get better gear or more money...

Anyways, I was just wondering if anyone would be able/willing to help me out. Any social LS that are open for new recruits would be nice as well.

My advice is to stick around Ul'dah, and participate in behests. You'll fall in with a group before long.
