What will happen to current sidequests?

Just wondering what will happen with regards to the existing sidequests in the game. I noticed a lot of them have references to the Seventh Umbral Era and whatnot, so I was wondering if the current quests would be represented in ARR or not. So...

Will the sidequests be present in ARR, will dialogue changes to correct for post-apocalypse? Present with somewhat different goals, etc?

Or will there be a complete, across-the-board wipe of the current existing sidequests?

IIRC they stated that there would be some quests which remain (and will show as completed in our journals) while others would be wiped. Some that are part of quest chains may change, requiring us to redo them. I'm not sure, though, if that only concerns storyline/class quests, or if sidequests are included in that.
