Anyone aware of a method to replace the certificate I had a house fire and lost everything including this and would be willing to pay to have it replaced just wondering if there was a way anyone has found?

Yeah, there was a deadline of March 2010. My girlfriend forgot to get hers to. There's absolutely nothing you can do about it at this point, sorry.

There is a chance support could replace it because of the extreme circumstances, they would also have records that you have already redeemed it which could add to your case. I hope you are doing ok after that as well.
Edit: The problem with Ebay is that the certificate will be for someone else, it will not have your character's details on. -

Yep there indeed was a deadline, only thing you can do is what you already did. Hopefully they can replace it .
