(Balmung) Looking for help doing the quest to get the dragoon (Eye of the Dragon)

Hey everyone,

I posted this a couple other places, but I think it might've been in the wrong place, so I'm posting it here too.

Anyhow, I'm looking for someone (or maybe more than one person?) that can help me do the quest to get the dragoon. I'm only a level 34 lancer so I'm in no position to do it on my own, but I'd be most appreciative if someone maybe with a high level character could help me (or maybe multiple people?). On Balmung, as the title indicates.
