Retainer name change bug

Thread Title: Lost retainers after changing name and no GM bothered to respond

Frequency: Once (Did not reproduce)
Character Name: Sinfull Persecuter
Race: Hyur (Midlander Male)
World: Sargatanas
Class/Level: Dragoon/50
Area and Coordinates: Chirurgeons Row Ul'dah (Main Login Screen)
Party or Solo: Party, Solo
NPC Name: None
Monster Name: N/A
In-Game Time: Unknown
Steps:
1. Started up FFXIV
2. Got to character login screen had to change retainers names for no idea why
3. Logged into game
4. Checked where retainers were using retainers list menu
5. Went to Chirurgeons row in ul'dah
6. Unable to find where they was located
7. Did item search on items I knew were up for sale on the retainers
8. Items never found
9. Unable to summon the retainers message wards were full
10. Called a GM no response
11. Called the retainers out in the Mercantile house
12. Tried summoning back where they was but the wards were full
13. Wrote this bug report in a foul mood for your screw up.

oh really my retainer names were offensive how in hell is gizzbiscuitsmurphy more offensive then reallyWet.
