is crafting nugget (darksteel, rosegold) magic craftmanship based?
or craftmanship based?

and is there a compiled list, bout which recipe is which stats?

All are both, double the lvl of the synth and get that much in magic and craft.
118 in both should cover you for all synths.
the rest in control.

Basically what Green said.
I did find that some 50+ recipes need up to 140/140 for more action success. So balance with control on that.
E.g Wrapped Hawksbeak Hammer.

I tend to ignore control in favor of craftsmanship, so that is another way of looking at it. If action doesn't fail much, less chance for instability.
