To be a meteor survivor does we have to have done all mission like kill raven or just playing in the 1.x version till 2.0 make us meteor survivor ?

If you are referring to legacy membership, it's too late now if you don't have it.
You should have a legacy icon on the top left corner of the character selection screen if you are.
