Guardian's Favor & Anima

While I understand that the guardian's favor grants bonus SP and anima is used for teleporting, but what i don't understand is how these are replenished. Anyone care to go more in depth for my sake?

Over time, our bodies absorb the aether that flows all around us, which replenishes our Anima. Guardians favor comes from the guardian whom you are devoted to, and by maintaining your devotion, your are given replenishment of favor over time.

Ok so do we need to stay online in order for this to work? Know any more details?

EDIT: Main reason i ask thisis because i haven't gained any anima since last night, does it reset with the Levequests?

You don't need to be online.
Favor... 10 points per 6 hours... I don't remember exactly.

You wont go over 100 anima and 200 guardians favor.

guardians favor is 10 points per 12 hours.

Favor... 10 points per 6 hours... I don't remember exactly.

You know, come to think of it, is 1 Anima every 4 hours even working? I find that I lose more than 1/3 if not more of what gained last night.

Guardian's Favor is 10 points per 8 hours, or 3 leves per day. It's definitely not 6 hours, because my timer right now is 6:41 'til next increment.
