Are only elite players allowed to have garuda weapon and raven earrings?

The Garuda fight isn't as hard as you think it is, really.

Raven Earrings, its basically a present for people who have wanted something extremely hard. So yes.

Garuda has had been broken down multiple times by linkshells who post video tutorials on YouTube. Refer to those. You don't even need awesome gear for it.

I have no problem dealing damage to him it's just 2 brd and they're pretty much the best bards i know. They're not enough to keep 2 FREAKING PILLARS IN FULL HEALTH. So we automatically wipe. Yes we're doing 3blm, 2brd,2,whm 1pld setup. We always can never defend the freaking pillars. Is it because the brds are too slow? they're to weak? Like i said this are probably the best ppl i know. We're only a small shell.

It's very surprising on how many bard does this wrong. All you have to do is to is to store TP up to 3000 for Rain of Death. Keep Raging Strike on as well, and you can one shot multiple plumes this way.

You just need 320+ piety. It's really not that hard but most bards seem to fail to grasp this concept.

If it helps, you could try 3 bards, and assign them all to a pillar.

Only need two bards.

Well since we are on same server feel free to help me increase my piety an additional 10 points.

I don't think is elite-playes related. I think the problem is everyone remotely interested in garuda, manaburned it pre-patch and got what they wanted to. Nodody cares about Garuda now. That's the problem.
People who came and went for the last two years and missed that times when garuda's 2h could be avoided.. are just out of the game now. There is almost no chance of doing Garuda now in a random shout.

Durandal actually has a lot of pickups for Garuda, and some of them actually have decent amount of success. Generally not though.
