FF 14 running very slow

Since the most recent update to FF14 my game client when logged in runs extremely slow with a lot of game stutter. Monitor being a Playstation 3 HDTV 3-D display on HDMI, ati radeon 6970 2gig gfx card.

It's made the game for all intents and purposes unplayable as when You try to run anywhere at all, the games GFX take roughly 10 seconds to catch up with themselves, but by the time they catch up they have to load again.

Video Drivers are all up to date, and as I said did not have any problem until the newest update.
