Who all here is going going to make new character on a new server?

I know I am, I just have this weird feeling that the economy for existing servers are still going to have the mentality of 1.0. I'm just curious of who is going to make a New Character on a New Server?

I might. Will still keep my current one but maybe ill try maining 2 of them? :-)

I will if they don't let me transfer to the correct region right away. But I'll be pissed if I have to.

My plan was to try and play this game as little as possible so I wouldn't mind starting over again... but uh, so much for that after the last two months of leveling every job and getting all the garuda weapons, dl, etc

I wasn't sure how invested I'd become in FFXIV coming back in August, but as it turns out the answer is "Pretty damn invested". I will not make a new character, I like my current character and if I have to suck it up in the JP datacenter until I can transfer later, then that's what I'll do. It's so not worth going through some of this stuff all over again just to be able to transfer slightly earlier.

Edit: The whole server transfer snafoo was cleared up here...

I might tool around with a new character but I have no plans to completely start over. I feel I have way too much invested into my current character.

I'll make a new character, but same server. I only want to experience the new start/new race/tutorials, and to see the fresh new world through the eyes of someone new.

He'll be an alt though. I'll never stop playing my Llen.

I've been debating making a new character on a new server in 2.0, but so much work put into this character, but if lvling really is suppose to be faster maybe it won't be that big of a deal. Idk yet.
