New Mobs Scattered About Thanalan!!!

I woke up this morning and found several different Sabotender mobs spread out over Thanalan. First I found some right at Halatali and 2nd I found some near Black Brush.

The strange thing is they are all 77 to 79 and I don't really see their purpose.

Does anyone have a clue as to why these are all a sudden where they are and why?

Crazy stuff happens when the world ends.

Just wait until they transform into Ultima Mecha Cactaur Prime

There are too many of these mobs in the camps and they are stopping vital npcs like Battlewardens from loading on my screen.
please remove these purposeless mobs from the camps.
