Is there anything I can swap to improve?

I'm basing the stat caps off of the tested stat caps for WAR GC weapon since they only differ by .06 DPS. I was thinking I could swap out my earrings for explorer earrings, but then I'd be afraid to drop STRpots for my HF combo ;_;

Left off the head slot? I assume you use the Officer's Cap.

Way better than my gear, so I don't have room to advise. Just wanted to point out the head thing.

being afraid to drop str pots means your tank sucks

drop the flame serg. ring and use another rubellite +1. change belt to veteran's or flame sergeant's belt. imo

Oh, missed that. Flame sergeants is the way to go.

I havent found a tested str cap besides the 350 people throw around without data.

I have 100% acc on miser and i haven't missed on anything else yet (havent mnk'd on garuda yet). But if i do start to miss I'll prob switch to vet's.

Miser has probably the worst evasion of any end game mob so that's not really a good marked of where your accuracy should be. A safe-side bet is shooting to be right around 420. 401 will get you by on most things monks are called for though I suppose. You would likely need a belt swap, accuracy food, and possibly an accuracy ring swap for garuda as well. I run 416 before songs on her w/food as war tank and still miss here and there, more notably skull sunder, but that's neither nor there for monk anyway.

Then a Vet's belt should sit me at 406, plus with buffs i should be fine. Still wondering about that str cap though (the vet belt will push me to 341). When I use mnk on garuda I can parse myself and see how my acc is; worse case scenario i switch to flame sergeant's sash.

350STR cap is for Ifrit's weapons, and it is approximate based on (I think) LNC testing (Ifrit's Harpoon). It would be different for say, Ifrit's Bow, as it is different for the Flame Lieutenant's Spear or a Demilune Bhuj.

The stat caps for ifrit's battleaxe is 326, which I too think is low but it seems legitimately tested.
