Has there been any word on whether we will be able to change our main quest city in 2.0? By the way, does there exist a page that details all confirmed changes in 2.0?

They did say a long time ago you could change "everything" about your character. I think they addressed that as one of the things that would be changeable. Reasoning, for those that need it, if you have lore behind races some people are picky about that and like to align nation/race/lore. So they would need to allow it to change to go along with race change.

I distinctly remember Yoshi saying that you would not be able to change nations as that is tied to your main storyline. You will however be able to change Grand Companies, but you will lose all of your seals or something to that affect.

One really big reason I say no to this also, I see majority of people that want to change being in adders and maelstrom now. Like we really need more people constantly flooding ul dah and leaving the other city state regions feeling even more deserted then they do now. -
