Some questions i'd like answered before 2.0 about hamlet.
1. Is hamlet going to be in 2.0?
2. Will the top 20 providers drops be adjusted to be fair?
3. Will new items be added as drops?
4. Will seals still be required from hamlet to start the relic quest in 2.0?
5. Will they fix it so seals drop at an acceptable rate for battle?
6. Will they change it so seals can drop to top 10 or 20 providers direct to inventory?
7. Will chest drops change to party drops.
8. .... forgot it,something to do with doh
I'm sure theres more questions people have, also alot more probliems people want to point out so go ahead not like i can stop you :rolleyes:
I'm sure some trolls with no lives who are going to say hey i got all my seals & not menchion how much time & gil they spent or point out they have all 50's classes & nothing else to do.
*(up to 48+ hours of game player per seal is not an acceptable rate)
*(#4: 8 hours & 2 milita sledgehammers is not fair, #6: 8 hours 1 Militia Mortar is not concidered fair)
*(the number of people who have been knocked out of top 3 & handed in millions in points)
*(currently only 1 item drops (30/60k+) 95% of the time which is good for solo but not for a party of 8)

This forum really needs to learn what a "troll" is. Disagreeing with people isn't trolling.
That said. I'm fine with the current seal drop rate. They are for relic weapons...what would the point in them be if they were super easy to obtain? The other items should have certain criteria in them dropping...like, if a crafter earns a certain amount of points, there's a higher % for their tool to appear at the end. -

This content, like most of the other content in the game, was designed to be replayable relatively frequently with a relatively low drop rate. If they upped dthe drop rates, they'd make it something like once a day or something.

Yoshida we wont need to spam content anymore. I expect everyone to get a seal simultaneously per run and non-100% gear to drop more often or I will call him a liar :D.

I think the most important question is, is it going to be revamped to be the open battle events that yoshi mentioned recently? The ones you can just join in whenever you can.

about the only real thing i'd like to see them change is that bonus points for having provisioners present. i've seen too many parties that are willing to run the event over and over again disband once the provisioner has to go.
as far as drop rates and all i don't mind any of those at all. -

Don't mind hamlet, however I do mind that even being a top 20 provisioner, there is still a statistical chance that you might never get your seal. This shouldn't be the case. I would be completely o.k if they made seals a 100% drop direct to your inventory, but instead of 9 total, you need 30 from each. Or even 40! As long as I can quantify my progress and not have a RNG dictate my chances. Of course you'd have to make hamlets a "daily" event. Is 4 months of dedicated service to much to ask for the best weapons in the game?
I honestly don't think so /shrug
