Barbados : End Game Shell, Recruiting!

We are a US based group of friends expanding into an event focused LS, and we’re currently looking for others to join in on the adventures! We’ll be tackling all of the best things XIV has to offer, and plan to hit the ground with a running start come 2.0. Our goal is to create a small, highly skilled and effective team with the ability to consistently have full parties for events, scheduled at static times to provide stability for those with a busy life as well as random events when people are online.

Requirements
• Minimum 1 Lv. 50 DoW & 1 Lv. 50 DoM (Level 50 DoH/DoL would be a bonus)
• TeamSpeak w/ Mic
• Matching availability
• Resemble and agree to our rules and code of conduct.

Scheduled event times are at…
• Tuesday & Thursday, gathering @5:15PM EST, Starting @5:30 or sooner.

• Kind, fun loving, intelligent, adventurous, dedicated, punctual, skillful, and supportive team players!

• Look forward to coming to pre-scheduled events!

Are you guys looking for people who know end game well and already have a decked out suit of double melded gear?

I can meet most of the requirements, and am looking for some people to do endgame with, but my gear is still far from top notch (though I'm working on it) and I have not done a whole lot of end game. I am a pretty smart guy though I like to think and can learn things quickly.
