Ability to directly download patches.

Please please PLEASE. I, among other gentlemen and ladies, live in a place where my internet completely destroys the use of torrents. This means; no updater until http://tehkrizz.net/ updates.

As of right now, I have perfect web connection, am streaming junk, and all the good stuff. The sole thing I can't do is torrent, which stops my ability to play FF14.

PLEASE give us a Direct Download option, host it on Megaupload for all I care, just make it so people who don't have access to torrents don't get screwed a day of playtime because of an update.

If a random person can host these patches on their own site for people to download, SE should be capable of the same thing. Boggles the mind it does.

This has been a problem since the alpha, along with many other technical issues. People don't need more reasons to avoid FFXIV, so please come up with some sort of a solution.

I completely agree. Like you, I have limitations on torrent styled downloads. It's a trickle until midnight, then WWWOOOOAASSHHHH!!!! the last leg of 77% remaining is done in 10min flat.

Direct downloads are needed, like asap please. (ok, maybe just after the april patches lol)
