Macros to switch weps on maruder?

Does anybody know if its possible?

can you also make macros to add and oust specific people to party

well you can't switch mid-battle, but the equip macro is /equip mh "Name of Axe"

and to add/kick people, it's /pcmd add "Name" and /pcmd kick "name"

its /pcmd oust "name" not kick

/pcmd kick works
