[NA] Regarding Balance Adjustments to Atomos (Sep. 14)

We have determined that the "Atomos" monsters located throughout the game are causing an imbalance in loot drops. In order to address this issue, we are making a number of changes to the conditions required to receive the "Over-aspected Cluster" and "Over-aspected Crystal" drops.

Additionally, until these balance adjustments have been completed, the following Grand Company Seal distributing NPCs will be temporarily unavailable. We will post an update as soon as the changes have been implemented.

* The issue stated above was addressed during the emergency maintenance on Sep. 14, 2012 from 2:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. (PDT). In addition, the Grand Company Seal distributing NPCs that were temporarily disabled have been restored accordingly.
