Thread Title: While under the effect of Slow, Red Lotus II will not initiate

Steps:
• Log into game
• Beginning from the character selection screen and throughout the entire game, equipped gear sticks out at improper angles, almost as if 'Physics' is turned off, however this option in System Configuration is actually on. Turning it off puts fabric/coattails/etc at a slightly different angle, but with a similar effect.
• This issue occurs for all player characters on my screen, not just my own (ex. WHM AF in last image).
• I use an ATI Radeon HD 6850 video card, and have read that this has happened with other ATI card users before, however no solution has been found.
• I have attempted to roll back drivers, as well as fully uninstall and reinstall the newest ones to no avail.

Use less starch?
