After force shutdown my laptop due to a frozen screen, I logged back on in the game to find my UI was reset and my macros have been deleted. :confused: Prior to returning back on, my character was in the Character Selection screen.
I would like to know if there is a backup file in which I can retrieve all my settings and the cause of this issue. I have been playing since 2012 and I have never had this issue.
