unable to detect Directx problem tried 2 graphic cards from AMD and geforce

Fix ur game it cashes alot, i thought it was graphic card problem but when i tried two different cards from different companies am not sure anymore its my problem its the game problem

i have tried Geforce GTX 680 and AMD HD 7970

Could it be your power supply? Maybe u dont have enough amperage on your 12v rails to support either card. It is possible that the game could work on it for a while, but once you put a heavy load in the gpu it could and would crash if your power supply isnt sufficent or is bad.

Also are you playing fullscreen or windowed mode?

nah i have good power supply i went to computer technian and he told me my power supply is enough for these cards and i was using fullscreen both latest drivers and tried some old ones

Well theres your problem. Switch it to windowed mode. Fullscreen will crash a lot if you have pop ups in the backround, uac in windows, or if you plug in or unplug a usb device. The ffxivconfig.exe has a setting for windowed mode.
