Last Billing date Oct 1?

Heard this from someone in my LS.
So I just want to confirm if after Oct 1, they dont bill you anymore?
My next date is Sept 14th, and I add Crysta by 1 thousand every time I want to pay.
So I just want to know if thats the last time I have to do it untill 2.0

It was mentioned that any payment periods after September 30th will not be billed, and the game will be free to play for October. So September 14th will be your last date of payment.

wait hold on now my service is expired so do i wait till 14 Sept to be able to play free or wait till October or pay atm?

It was mentioned talking about novemeber 11th - and the possibilty of a non saving server coming back up while beta is active. It could be bad placemant of information and makes it confusing on my part. But I believe October is not free to play - because as it is my next pay is September 29th, which at least for me means I payed for most of October.
