[Suggestion] Exp bonus for parties formed using the player/party search system

As it is right now, there does not appear to be a whole lot of people using the Party search or Player search function for creating groups in FFXIV. You have implimented an awesome player search function that allows us to flag ourselves as "Looking for Party", though I rarely see anyone actually using it.

The widespread use of these tools would make party creation and player communication much easier! So I suggest that you introduce an added incentive to promote party creation through the player/party search functions. A minor experience boost or something should be effective in getting people to use them.

As a returning player with very limited gameplay experience, I have yet to find a group that I could progress with and have not gotten a chance to play with other players yet. The focus on encouraging players to use the party search functions would make easier for players like me to experience more of the game.
